Refunds

 

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition with 21 days of the date you received the item and we will give you a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

 

  • Please phone first and we will advise you of a return address and returns number.
  • The cost of return packing and postage is the customers responsibility.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility that the item arrives safely and in good condition.
  • We will always endeavour to process any refund as quickly as possible and notify you by email. (Under the distance selling regulations a full refund will always be given within 30 days of an order being cancelled)

 

 

Special order items

 

If an item is ordered specially (not a stock item) we are unable to take them back unless they are faulty and therefore do not come with a 21 day money back offer.  This will not effect your your statutory rights or manufacturer’s warranty.

 

 

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect

 

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it arrives damaged or defective, we will be happy to reimburse the cost of returning it to us.

 

  • We must be notified within 5 days of delivery that there is a problem.
  • Please contact us for delivery address and returns number if applicable.
  • On receipt of the item/s we will process it/them and then refund your postage costs.
  • Once the item/s is/are processed they will either be replaced or repaired.
  • We will refund any return postage and packing to you.

 

 

Items returned under Guarantee

 

All our products carry the full manufacturer’s warranty.  This will not cover accident, neglect or misuse.

 

If a product develops a fault during its guarantee period please contact us for a returns address and returns number if applicable.

 

Once the goods have been returned they will be processed to determine the fault and either be replaced or repaired.

 

We will refund any return postage and packing to you.

 

We will not be responsible for any third party costs such as removal or installation fees etc.
